owner uncle scolded me and keep nag & nag ask me go other shop.. both owners very rude and not professional.. i reported them to Ninjavan already..
NEW REPLY: I am a walk-in customer who happen to walk past your shop, where did I even state 10KG? My parcel was only 1 shoe box. (definitely less than 1.5kg) PLEASE stop finding excuses. The owner uncle is really rude.

Went in the evening, the shop uncle was eating in the middle of their shop's entrance, so the aunty served me inside. She was not knowledgable and needed the uncle's help. He was impatient, scolded me for giving the wrong information and told me to leave his shop. I showed him the information on my phone but he didn't even glance at it and continued "nagging" while chewing his dinner.
One of the worst experience ever, even giving them 1/5 stars is too generous. And as the other reviews suggest, they should be "Very Bad Services" instead. Visit at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got an urgent document to print at 20:40. Lucky that the shop was still open! The lady shopkeeper helped me finish the printing very smoothly and was very nice and friendly. Thanks so much!

You can send your documents to this email address for them to receive and print it. They also can receive over Whatsapp, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been visiting this shop to sort out my printing matters and never really thought about the price until today when the lady boss gave me a break down.
For black & white prints, it is 40 cents per page. I was also charged an additional $1 because she had to use the Internet to print my item.
Not sure how I feel about having to pay $1 for their internet connection to get my files printed.

The shop owners are friendly and chatty and Aunty was helpful when I could not locate the Ninja van qr code for my parcel retrieval. There are a lot of cute stationery sets, gifts and toys and they provide a reasonable photocopy service too. Great service with a smile most of the time! 5 stars!
