Worst experience, would put 0 star if possible. TLDR, went for steam cleaning, entertainment stereo device came out defective, shop insist not their fault for spoiling, refused to take responsibility. Had to swallow all the repair costs myself. Long story: steam cleaned my car, head unit cannot power on afterwards. Head unit is the expensive device for your car entertainment. The guy claims its not his fault, which is true technically because I can't prove water damage. He had his trusted car mechanic to check for us, also cannot prove water damage. But 2 things, (1) it's his car mechanic, they can say anything in his favour. (2) didn't know car mechanics are good in diagnosing electronic faults. But yea according to the guy, its a perfect coincidence that a perfectly functional head unit enters his shop can came out completely spoiled. He even made up all sorts of reasons just to justify that he didn't spoil my device and hence not gonna compensate. I even wanted to co-share repair costs with him, but he insisted that he didn't spoil my unit and will not be responsible. Asked him nicely to first discuss this with his boss without before trying to completely wash off this, he reluctantly agreed, but turns out, he's the boss, and his decision was already final: 0 responsibilities unless proven water damage. Quick food for thought, how do you prove water damage when his car mechanic used compressed air to blow the internal components dry? Maybe it's possible, I'm not the original equipment manufacturer. I think you can see very clearly his work ethics, who knows if really proven that he spoils it, will he compensate? $900 not cheap.. Singapore doesn't have a legal body to defend consumers like us. CARE? Lemon Law? I'd rather you do your research to find someone trusted. End up having to fix the head unit myself, am super lucky the repair cost is within budget, didn't want to make noise further. Throughout this time, he didn't even ask how the repair went, nor attempted to even compensate a little.. Perhaps a free cleaning service from them or something. But damn it's my last time there, you know deep down he never wanted to take responsibility for this. It's my lesson learnt, go there at your own risk. And you there who is approving this review to be posted, if you have clear conscious, let other people read this review. Don't hide it. Cheers

I seldom write reviews for any auto companies because most workshop are just concerned about making your money and they don’t care after that but not for this particular workshop I have been to. Alfred is probably one of the sincere and passionate person I have met when it comes to car detailing and most people I met in the auto industry don’t really care about your car and they just wanted to take your money and get it done fast. I went to his workshop to spray my rims black because it’s very near to my office. He ensures that the job is done well before passing the car to me. He faced into some issues with my car rims because there are some bubbles when he tried to spray it. Most workshop will probably ignore it and just spray it black since it’s not their car but he is really nice to remove the current coating and do his best to ensure that the job is done well. Even though I put my car for two days, I am very happy with his works man ship. Highly recommended for those people that wants to do their car detailing. I believe they will do their best in their services. Appreciate the extra mile!

Went for soundproofing. Paid so much all for nothing. Soundproofing does not work at all. Long down time and super poor customer service and support. Had a car wash there too but car wash was ok. Honestly don’t bother wasting your time.
