Asked for mirror nails complete with real life reference and pictorial references. This cost me $10 extra. Got normal metallic nails instead. Not only was the manicurist rough and used her own long nails to scape away mistakes painfully even when it was the tender nail bed (they cut it too deep), she does not seem to know what she is doing. She uses the same powder as other nail salons but did not know how to apply which led to bulky-looking metallic nails instead of the sleek mirror nails. Throughout the process, I asked questions as to why the look was different from the real mirror nails example and they dismissed me repeatedly by telling me the results look different because it was done by an 'outside salon'. I would rather they tell me they cannot do it right at the start so I could just choose another design.
