Had 3 ViewQwest/Netlink trust technicians over but no resolutions. Finally resolved with 4th visit. However, unable to pair with trend micro.. Attended by Shermaine who is new, understand that she needs to learn but this have been an awful customer experience. Promise to email ticket number for trend micro but to no avail. Was actually excited in signing up with fastest speed provider. This is a let down. Already emailed but no reply.

Just gotta say that ViewQwest's customer service is seriously on another level. I signed up for 1gbps fibre broadband plan and the whole process was smooth and systematic every step of the way. From making sure my fibre point was installed correctly (they contacted NetLink for me) to the setup of the router at my place. Internet speeds are super fast and stable as expected because I did my research before eventually deciding on getting them for my broadband connection. Thank you for being awesome!

The level of customer service is abhorrent and the attitude is extremely poor. Complete disinterest to fulfill customer requirements once they have completed the sale. I arranged with the sales manager Husaini to have my broadband port relocated in 2 visits (1st for wiring, 2nd for installation of port) due to renovation requirements. Note that I was directed to this manager due to my renovation requirements and the junior employee did not know how to handle the arrangements. On the day of the 1st visit, the contractor told me that he’d only do 1 visit and complete the relocation. I explained that I had an agreement with ViewQuest and I can’t have him do that and that I will need 2 separate visits but he disagreed. So I called ViewQuest and I was told that the decision (for 1 or 2 visits) is made by the contractor. I explained the situation and informed them that the sales manager agreed to it. I was then transferred to another person and we had the exact same conversation again. They finally transferred me to Husaini who then told me that he did not agree with 2 visits. I told him that was not what we agreed and that I can’t get it done this way due to renovation, he responded β€œI have done this for a long time, nobody will agree to 2 visits even if you picked other service providers”. He then told me to ask my ID to install the port instead. After the conversation, my ID then went and discussed with the contractor who graciously agreed to complete the installation in 2 visits. When I told Husaini about the arrangement, his response was β€œdid you get his number to arrange for 2nd visit?” This complete lack of regard for customer requirements and making empty promises in order to get the deal is extremely distasteful. The follow up after I resolved the problem for myself demonstrates a complete lack of interest after he has gotten his commission from the sale.

Only the sales seem friendly, professional. Once you are in, be prepared for random disconnections, VERY poor after sales and a lower speed than promised. I don't know where they got that fastest Internet thing. Probably for the business connection? Definitely not residential. Not sure if it's cos of the modem they are using. Had to change modem a few times.. and had to deal with IP restrictions caused by their backend. Fb messaged, emailed, called. By the way, each call that's made, be prepared to wait an hour. Tech team ade me stay connected for over 1hr asking me to reset modem/router. In the end, they sent a technician down and it was the backend issue. Switched to another ISP and has never been happier. Speed is finally correct and as per what I paid for.

ViewQwest has not been very professional in dealing with Customers. Initially we subscribed a β€œNo Contract Plan” on Sep 2020. 1. Problem with intermittent network issue started since Feb 2021. Working from home and home base schooling was affected badly. 2. Freedom DNS was disrupted in Oct 2021 due to geo-restriction. Had to terminate this service hence we’re restricted to local broadcaster. 3. Problem with intermittent network issue occured again from Nov 2021 up to date (May 2022). Technical support has visited for 3 times duly after we made complaints because there were no internet connections at all. 4. We insisted on terminating our subscription and here is the fun part, ViewQwest insisted that β€œour contract” ends on Sept 2022. Our β€œNo Contract Plan” was jeopardized and there were no indications of us agreeing to or acknowledging to signing and authorizing of the 24 months contract since the day we subscribed. 5. Customer Service Agents and Billing Departments has been pushing and pulling responses. 6. No Officer or any higher Authority or Management has the courage to give any explaination up front. 7. We definitely will not recommend others to this internet provider as after sales care and service are really poor.

Constant disconnection throughout the day right after I re-contracted with them. Even after many rounds of house visits and trouble-shooting, they were unable to resolve the technical issue. Once I change my ISP, everything is back to normal, without any down-time or disconnection. Clearly, this was a ViewQwest problem. Been a loyal customer of VQ for more than 5 years, and it's time to say Goodbye to them because of their incapability to resolve the most important technical aspect of WFH for customers like us. They also do not allow you to terminate your contract prematurely at a reasonable early termination fee. You'll still need to pay off the remaining subscription fee without any "discounts". So why call it an early termination then? Totally ridiculous! It's their fault, and they don't allow you to do anything about it. They couldn't do anything about my Internet connection. So what do they want me to do? Hopeless ISP! Totally disappointing. Black-listed!

Genuinely an incredibly frustrating and poor customer experience. Had intermittent WiFi for a year. Kept telling the Internet is fine. After 4 complaints, hard reset and hours on the phone, told me to change my router. Got new router, which I had to pick myself. Eventually after installing it, turned out the firmware is not working properly. Was calling all day the Internet provider and router company, each referring me to each other, each unclear on what has gone wrong. Eventually Viewqwest suggested to send me an engineer but that I needed to pay for him or her. No manager available to take the escalation on the day. Wasted entire day, unable to work, and no resolution yet in sight.

Good source of info on web. Lowest cost for mesh 1GB. Good sales support to work out the options which could be info-overload if you do on your own. Appreciate Salesperson Bosco did not push for the most expensive package of 2GB. 1GB is enough for me as a non-gamer. Follow through well although he was on leave. Installation went well. Everybody involved in the process was professional and polite. Pleasant experience!
