They have set up a couple of companies all tied back to Cartimes such as Vince Group and etc. Please be aware! Horrible, unethical, unscrupulous. Read Cartimes Facebook's review, there's another customer who went through the same as me. To cut a long story short, I was looking to purchase a car as my current car is going to be scrapped soon. I went on a hunt to visit a couple of car dealer and decided on Cartimes located at Turf Club Road. During discussion, they offered me a 10 years internal loan scheme with an interest rate that is much lower compared to those offering me 7 years loan, additionally, I will only need to pay a minimum downpayment of less than 10% and the car will be REGISTERED under MY NAME. I signed a sales agreement and made a deposit. The next few days went fine, I was told to sign a couple of documents which I told them if guarantor is a must, if yes, then I won't be proceeding. They assured me not need until suddenly I was told to find a guarantor due to the high loan amount, which I couldn't and was told my deposit will be forfeited, or else to add another 10% downpayment. I have no choice but to agree. Couple of days laters. I received a text to say my loan was approved but I have to register a company to proceed within the next 3 ours. I went to question further on why the need AS THIS WAS NOT TOLD FROM THE START and neither along with the whole conversation. The sales executive said they are exploiting a loophole by the LTA/Government which they need to do this to expedite the 10 years loan and my car will be under the COMPANY (PHV). Feeling unfair that I wasn't told from the start, he replied that he couldn't reveal until the loan is approved. I told him that what's the purpose of registering an empty company, what are the implications as I don't want to get in trouble with the law. Feeling uncomfortable and 'illegal' I refuse to proceed and my deposit is gone. He then offered to place my car under other's people companies, WHAT! Every dollar meant a lot to an ordinary citizen like us. It's unscrupulous to use an underhand method to lead us along. They have been hiding till the very last minute forcing us to play along. I hope the relevant authority could look into this to prevent people from being scammed as well. I learnt my lesson too, nothing is too good to be true.

I am glad that I was very well served by a sales apprentice name Jolvest. When I first met him 2 weeks ago I was very cautious with the sales techniques this dodgy sales person might use. But to turn out I was very wrong. Jolvest is a very raw individual when comes in terms of doing car sales but he always make up this disadvantage with his jovial, easy going and sincere character. He is always so open minded to take in advises and critics and make them into a very positive energy that he show out to his Client. He is always trying his best to take care his client well being as he knows that buying a car is a very big commitment and that is why he is very patient to them. He is also always to ready to find out car information from various media and news when client throw certain questions to him. Till date, I am extremely please with his positive working attitude as well as his good working ethic towards his client. Any car sales company will definitely be very bless and fortunate to have him working for them. I sincerely wish him that he will excel in his work, focus on his forte and continue to have this working attitude and positive energy. Thanks you

The car and the different types of loan packages were explained clearly to me by their sales associate to allow me to make a more informed decision. Collected my car within 7 working days. Super duper great service. Drove the car to meet me, let me view the car. Dropped by my place for some docs to be signed. Totally went out of his way just to help me. Have great experience dealing with CarTimes. The salesman Joey is very helpful and respond promptly when call and messaging. Explain to me clearly the details of purchasing and selling of car. When to the shop and manage to sell my car at $4k higher than other 5-6 car dealers I went to before. I bought used Toyota Sienta and got the car within 3 days after the agreement. Joey promptly settled all the document needed within 2 weeks. My previous car that was still under finance were settle and the transfer of the ownership were done within 2 weeks. Highly recommended this company. Will definitely go back to this company again in the future to sell my car and purchase either brand new or used car. Kudos...

I saw online advertisements and was attracted to their range of cars available and attractive selling prices. I went ahead to take a look at their showroom and the sales person Joey who attended to me gave me a detailed breakdown to me as a first time car buyer while answering my 101 questions. The transaction was smoothly completed in just 2 weeks or so, and he even delivered the car to my doorstep. They may not be the cheapest car dealer around but their service and the convenience was all worth every penny spent! ??????
