The best VR I have encountered to date. Really great quality and fun experience. It's located in the basement of the shopping center, no markings from the road. My son and I tried it while visiting Singapore and are very glad we did.

Tried VR for the first time to celebrate bday. The experience was quite interesting and the visuals were good. However I had motion sickness halfway (but I think is my problem and not the device). The staff is quite friendly. The only area of improvement is that there should be more specific instructions given for newbies at the start as more than half the time I felt so paiseh asking what to do next all the time. Lol.

I had great experience with the first trip! And booked the next one almost immediately after the first one. However, I got a very glitchy headset that made the game "virtually" unplayable for the first few minutes. The glitch made me feel I was in The Matrix on a windows system ?. The service staff was really nice and changed the room and verified that new headset was more playable. Appreciated that and managed to complete the 2nd mission unhindered. I recommend to test the headset before really getting into the gameplay as the glitch really can ruin the experience.

After going there for the third time, I have completed all the games they have to offer and all of them were pretty good. First off, the location was perfect, being right next to chinatown MRT. Most of the games have you complete individual tasks as a team and are pretty intuitive (aka you don’t need to think too much) Time travel chapters 1 and 2 requires you to collect alien information capsules in different times and places. Generally it’s about the interactions of the object available to you and using it/ throwing it to your teammates (aka matching the right object to the right place) Both chapters have a small amount of shooting (projectiles) and are Are we dead? On the other hand has a more cohesive storyline, with slightly more complex logical connections to make. (It’s still very doable doe). The graphics are very good and nearing the end there’s a lot of gun action. The games hold up to 4 people max but still works with 2 or more. This was very enjoyable for me and if they release a new game I’ll be sure to try it out. The only complaint I would have is the lack of ability to move. You can move around in your box that is your room but you just teleport between cutscenes which breaks the immersion a bit (Time travel doesn’t have this problem but Areyoudead does) (p.s enjoy throwing balls at each other at the start of Time travel)(pps don’t miss the skeleton in a box) Remember to key in your email to get the photos you took in game to be sent to you

We have 16 if us (split into 2 time slots). Everyone of us enjoyed the experience. The manager, James, was also very helpful and made the whole booking experience very smooth and pleasant. Some of us were already discussing to come back for the zombie game.

Had a really awful experience today. Can't believe it's understaffed on a Saturday afternoon. I went there once last November and had a good experience. However, today's experience was really awful. The place was clearly understaffed. Let me try to explain. You go there and basically do 15-20 things to pass the game. Of course, you need help every now and then so you don't stuck at one place forever. The place has 5-10 games going on, and they need enough staff to monitor the progress for each game to ensure a good experience. Sort like an escape room. Last time we went there they had 2 staff, so things were fine. This time, on a prime time, Saturday afternoon, they had only 1 staff. He had to check everyone in, set up the game for each person, and monitor all games. An impossible job. When we arrived, we waited 10 minutes until we saw him cause he was setting up other games. Then after we have started, he was not reachable for clues. Only after half an hour, he very impatiently gave some instructions and said you only have half an hour left but you had little progress. Long story short, at the end of the game, he abruptly ended the game without saying a word. Many rooms were still empty and obviously no one was waiting. Although he couldn't ensure we get what we paid for, he could at least give us more time to try to make up for the experience. He didn't, he ended the game without saying anything. Well, if you charge 100 dollars an hour, you should be able to make sure you have enough staff, especially for a prime time like Saturday afternoon. We are buying experience. If I go to a restaurant and there aren't enough waiters, it's fine, at least I am fed. But I spent 100 dollars just for the experience and I should say I would prefer to stay home and watch Netflix even if the game's free. The group checked out just before us didn't seem happy either. I would assume no one enjoyed his/her experience today. YMMV, take your own chances.

Great experience! My friends and I really enjoyed it. It was all our first time. The staff guided us through and ensured that it was easy to navigate. We were put into individual rooms before starting the game. We would definitely come back to try the other settings.
