★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Dennis, my financial advisor, was very detailed in planning my financial portfolio. He analysed my current portfolio and gave practical and sounding recommendations which I felt was sincere. His advice ensures that my wealth and investments will be insured for unforeseen circumstances. This led me to take on a life-term policy under his proposal. There was no fuss and I did not felt pressured to take up anything I didn’t agree on.
However, as he deals with my wife’s policies as well, I can’t help but worry for my wife’s faithfulness as Mr Dennis is pretty personable and well-formed. (Compliment)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend my Financial Consultant, Junice Chong. She is professional, reliable and responsive. I had bad experience with my previous agent and she gladly service my policies even though it wasn’t bought from her. Because of the extra miles she went and her meticulous effort, I was able to make a 2 years backdated critical illness claim that was brushed off by the previous agent. She takes time to understand my concerns and carefully proposed customized policies according to my needs. My health, wealth and retirement plans are well taken care of. She is also extremely patient with my mum, who know nothing about insurance. To ensure my mum understands her own health coverage and knowing Junice is a call away when I am not available. With her taking care of our needs, we are in safe hands!

Recently, I had a sudden medical situation and her and her team’s quick response in getting me an appointment with a specialist was very commendable. There were no issues with handling the medical claims too. Very worry-free experience for a rather worrying incident.
