β β β β β There is lady, Jamilah Bin Ibrahim. Cheated a motorcycle shop by being Gurantor but actually not working there anymore. Former agent C/O SP David Ong Issued was brought up in court when she is trying to tell lied in court. She even love to Petty cash w/out permission. Only a an administrator. She is now with Joshua.

Can park at Tampines Hub (HDB carpark Rate) and walk over.

β β β β β Called the hotline on 3 Apr, CSO Ayu, in regards to termination of policy. Was told to just write in a letter with regards to termination. In the end received a letter from AIA on 21 Apr, letter dated 16 apr, telling me a written letter is not allowed for termination and I was required to submit the AIA termination form.
Pls update your staff on the correct procedure! For this oversight I need to pay again for the local postage stamp + print out the form + an envelope.

β β β β β Lowsy Day Security Supetvisor and a cheap Pino concierge lady employees of Henderson Security. Very bad customer service and very rude behaviour among these people. They will not say which security company despite asking them several times and will not reveal their names either. They are low skill junks and coward to reveal their identities upon knowing they will be complained. A shameful to your AIA building security. Beware of these unskilled staffs who will take pictures with their Hp despite warning them not to do so in a pte place. This not only illegal but an harresment act. Visitors and Customers beware their illegal activities at Tempines AIA building please.

β β β β β AIA Customer Service Centre very slow. Waiting 30mins only to have 1 person being served. On the other hand, the queue for new business moving very fast. Customer queue is the least priority. very bad.
