Absolutely amazing work, the spectacles acetate frame was completely oxidised and grey, after the service it looks brand new. I have been trying to find someone who could repair my spectacles for the last two years across UK and Singapore, finally found this outstanding shop. Very fast and inexpensive as well. Strongly recommended!

Mr Stefano was very professional, patient and gentle while doing the eye test for my son who has special needs. As we needed the specs urgently and do not live near the shop, he got the new glasses ready in 10 minutes after recommending a frame to us. I brought in a pair of spectacles which titanium frame had broke at the semi-rimless region. The shop which I had purchased the frames from claimed that it was not repairable. After a short period of inspection by the experienced employee, I paid for the express repair service for a reasonable $65. After two hours, I went and collect the frames which were repaired, and the repair site could only be seen if one looks clearly at it. The shop even helped me to repaint the parts of my frames which had corroded paint, and fixed the broken wire to hold the lenses. Extremely professional and committed to their crafts, highly recommended .

Converted 3 of my old frames to coloured sunglasses lens. They did a great job and recommended repainting one of my old frames as the paint was peeling. It looked great and they were very patient in advising and suggesting on what would be best for my needs. Highly recommended for those who would like to repair, or simply look for a shop for reliable service for Spectacles in the area.

Highly recommended. Great selection of products and excellent services; very patient and accommodating. I bought two glasses at Visio Optical. For the third visit, I came for my lenses adjustment. They remembered that I came before and even still remember my eyes condition back then. Hence the adjustment process is super quick and easy! Overall, a great experience with Visio Optical :)

They are located in the heartlands of Buona Vista, travel using the green / yellow MRT line and alight at Buona Vista. Walk towards the direction of where the HDBs are, look for the shophouses and that's where Visio Optical will be. I believe they're the one stop solution to all your needs for your spectacles or sunglasses. Most of their services are very affordable, while some are priced higher but in return, you get professional and personalized services. I regard these should be the more important aspects when it comes to your beloved second pair of eyes. They do have quite an array of frames from all brands which you don't usually find elsewhere. The obvious services they offer are creating your very own pair of spectacles but they do have exclusive services like personalized coloring for the frames of your glasses (which lasted very long after I have personally tried), repairing the damaged parts of your glasses and even replacement parts for most glasses. Whatever your glasses needs are, their retail staff and the friendly French boss will definitely be able to give advices while offering a viable solution.
