I have benefitted from various treatments and also surgery with fantastic success and zero complications… The HESED team are always welcoming and will do everything possible make every visit a reassuring, pleasant experience.. this is a smaller clinic without the fancy waiting area of some larger ones, but the level of personal service is second to none and what really matters.. Highly recommended..

We got a referral letter from GP yesterday and we got a quick appt fixed and abled to consult Dr Owen this early morning. The consultation, the checkup, the treatment and everything gone through smoothly, pleasantly and patiently. Same as its name, Hesed - kindness and love between Dr Owen & his team & his patients. During my visit, Dr Owen patiently explain my condition and did a very thorough check on my eyes. His professionalism is beyond description. There is no hidden cost or pressure to do any specific procedure at all. Nurses are kind and caring. Doctor is caring, patient and professional. Environment is super cosy. He is knowledgable and provides me with the necessary information so that I am able to decide on what I should do with my cataract and other related eye issue. I find that he and his clinic team put the patient's interest in high priority. With much thought, I put my trust in Dr Owen to remove my cataracts. The whole procedure went very well. The surgery was very successful. And I have been recommending my friends to consult Dr Owen. His fees are reasonable. His services are prompt and caring.

Was looking for an eye dr for my mom's cataract surgery and was very fortunate to find Dr Owen who was highly skilled and extremely meticulous in handling all the procedures. After weighing the options, he chose the best lens for my mom, whose case was slightly more tricky due to her lazy eye. Very impressive job , not to mention the superb service by nurse Abby who was very caring and attentive throughout the journey.
