โ โ โ โ โ Very Poor, this company sets out to cheat all that it does business with. As for selling things for ten times more than you can buy online, they also cheat on GST as another victim mentioned.
Research what you want to buy on line, then go and view several other shops than this one.
DO NOT BUY DRONES OR ANY ELECTRONIC TOYS FROM THIS SHOP.
I am not going to pursue this company as I was a willing and stupid buyer, others be warned!

โ โ โ โ โ We have had big problem with this shop and its now costing us more than $2,000.
They offered up extra products as we considered to buy a phone, but the final price charged was ridiculous compared to the cost stated when confirming the acqision. Pico projector at less than 200 get upscaled to 1100+.
At the end, we solved the problem - thanks the small claim tribunal support - get back all the goods, get refunded and got apologizes.

โ โ โ โ โ sometimes has good value mobile items. mobile prices are consider average price. they charge GST. them price for other than mobile are just normal or slightly higher. but compare with franchises, still cheaper. they do after service also. seems other than mobiles arent good price item available.

โ โ โ โ โ I bought an rugged phone Oukitel WP17. I exchange the Oukitel WP17 that was defective in sound recording. Exchanged it with Samsung Galaxy A52s. The Samsung box was already opened. The old guy said he is checking it for me. When I check back home, the thin box which suppose to have the Gelly case, there is no Gelly case. I videos for unboxing. There is a free jellycase. They are cheating! Very dishonest. I already Top up $200 already for the Samsung. The Oukitel, I used only for 1 day because I am testing it.
