After confirming a print work on Tuesday. I was told that delivery will be latest Friday the same week. (I paid extra $15 for delivery) Saturday, I have not received the stickers.. So I drop them a Whatsapp asking if there is a delay... Then they told me the stickers are done but they have forgotten to arrange a delivery.. This is problematic for me as I have orders coming in on Sunday. I'll try to be understanding and got them to waive off $15 delivery and I agreed to have the stickers delivered on Monday.. Monday morning. I texted to check what time the stickers will arrive and they said 5PM.. At 4.30PM they said there were some issues and asked if they can deliver on Tuesday instead. At this point, I'm just speechless! At how irresponsible this company can be.. And demanded that they deliver by 7pm (which they did thankfully) I had to postpone 2 days of delivery But the quality.... Is shocking.. When I tried getting them to refund.. They told me to check how many pieces were faulty. Ive fully given up at this point and would just like a service recovery process from them. Maybe 50% refund.. But they offered me 20% off total bill ($30).... Including the $15 delivery charge...... I understand that they want to protect their production team... The sales person tried his best...But after ALL the disappointment.. their service recover was only $30.. Never going back.
