★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are disappointed with VMC agency's in Tampines their services really give us disappointed !
We requested for replacement but was told NO helper is available for us and requested us to wait .
In the end we looked for another agency's and requested Ms Alice for refunds ....
We was surprised both refund Cheques was rejected by bank and we requested for cash and it took us more than a month for our refunds .
Our helper was sended bck since 19th May till today we yet to received our refunds .
Do consider again if you gonna take any helper from VMC ....In case u have the same problem with me ..
NO MAID available Refunds was delay and Cheques was REJECTED ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have rated 0 stars if possible! Took a helper from them and when there are communication difficulties between us and the helper the agent who assisted us delegated another colleague to deal with after-sales service and apparently the colleague who took over has nil interest in trying to improve the current situation and just brushed us off by saying “if you’re unhappy with the helper just send her back to her country”. Totally Irresponsive and are probably in the business to earn a one-time off agency fees and that’s it. Following that, many attempts to contact their various mobile and land lines all went unanswered or are no longer in use. Do deal with this company at your own risk!
