Booked the 2 hour multi-pass for my husband’s birthday and we had lots of fun! The VR escape room was challenging at first but we figured things out in the end and finished it in 40 minutes. The other VR arcade games were interesting too. The environment is clean, there are lockers & water provided, and washrooms as well. Staff are friendly and helpful. Need to find time to come again to play the sequels for the VR escape room.

Brought my son (10yo) to play for an hr. He loves the game and experience. He didn’t complain dizzy. The staff on duty was very patient guiding him. Comes in to assist readily whenever my son needs help. The place is clean, well spaced and well air-conditioned for a shophouse space. Will definitely return with the whole family during the school holidays.

Had great fun completing the first level of the Pyramid escape! Was given a room so we didn’t have to share with others and had privacy. Definitely will go again! :) Update: Second visit and this time attempted the Cyberpunk escape room along with VR laser tag. Had a lot of fun again and with a bigger group this time, the laser tag was definitely a highlight! Comparatively, still felt that Pyramid was a better experience than Cyberpunk. Will go back for the Ubisoft escape rooms next time. The location is airy, spacious and well maintained, along with a pantry that provides free drinks to chill and chat after our session ended. This is really good as its normal for players to want to discuss about their escape experience after the game! One feedback to the staff would be to be more attentive to the players especially those who are completely new to VR. Since we came in a group of 10 this time, we had to split into 2 groups to attempt the escape rooms separately. My group had more experienced players so we were fine. The other group had a really hard time figuring out the escape room and at one point was stuck for 15 minutes which created some frustration. Staff should ASK before the session if the players need more hands on help and be on standby to help especially for newbies. When my group's session ended and I went to check on my friends on the other side, I saw my friend clearly requesting help with the device as she couldn't figure out how to use it. I quickly rushed over to help her and teach her how to use it. Honestly, this should have been spotted by the staff earlier as the session had been going on for quite a while. Overall still a great experience and will be back for more visits.

For a group of first timers, we enjoyed it immensely! It was so much fun and very interactive. Even though we couldn't finish the mission on time, it was an entertaining experience. The visuals and graphics were exceptional! They also have a wide selection of games for different level of players. The staff was really helpful and nice enough to extend the time when I accidentally exited the game. Thumbs up and we'll definitely be back for more!

It was a great experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They guide you along the game if you are really stuck. They also allow you to finish the game if you exceeded yr booking time. They were so kind to even set up a tripod for me to record the game session with my phone. I would definitely come back again for other games. This place is 100 for ideal date/birthday/anniversary.

I had my first VR experience at VR World with my family and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. It is a good bonding activity especially since we had to help each other out in our hour of need just like a family should do :). No regrets at all at going to VR World. The staff were attentive and helpful. The place is very clean and equipment very new. I would highly recommend this place for both family and workplace bonding and team building events. Thanks again to VR World for the very pleasant and exhilarating experience and a second visit is definitely needed :).

First time trying out VR games! My friends and I enjoyed it a lot, especially the VR escape room. Highly recommended to play the VR escape room with your friends! Needs lots of teamwork in order to complete the game, which is the whole purpose to bond with your friends, after not meeting for long during the pandemic. Had lots of laughter and interaction during the game, didn’t realised we spent 2 hours just on 1 game. Will definitely visit again!

We had fun! Finally could hold onsite physical team bonding for my team and no regrets booking VR World - Laser Tag! I emailed in to book and got discounts for large groups, staff were really accommodating and easy to talk to. The entire experience was fuss-free :) Environment was clean with lockers to keep our belongings. The games were really fun and it's a good activity to bond with your colleagues and friends! The ground crews were really friendly and helpful, to guide us through the tutorial! Special thanks to the male crew who helped us to take a team photo! :) Really appreciate it! Will definitely recommend this to my other teams in the department!
