β β β β β The owner was very friendly and professional. Toni & Guy trained many years ago. Got a haircut for $20 which was very reasonable amongst the salons around Orchard road. Hidden gem. The place looks very retro but service was excellent and cut was very good.
He does other services everything except perming. I will recommend his services.
