This is really a very bad investment choice. invested 8k, share at exit sell price 4k. Less legal, commission, disbursement fee and CRA hold back what ever this is. Balance $900. how ridiculous is this.

A friend of mine works for Walton and I trusted her and invested in 2 projects. Promising a 4 to 6 years exit. It’s more than 10 years now and she has left the company. Please get someone to contact me for an update. Total Disappointment!

Just like many others here, I am one of the victims who got “scammed” into investing in this firm. Initially promised 3-5 years returns but it’s been 14 years and counting and still not able to get my money back. Each time I reached out to them, excuses after excuses to stall for time hoping that I will forget about it. Looking at the number of negative reviews, I am surprised that the authorities are not doing anything to stop this company from hurting more people by getting them to invest and eventually losing their hard earned money. Please avoid this company at all cost. You’ve been warned.

Would have given a minus * if possible. Like others reviewers said, I waited 15 years for a sale, only to get back less than half of my capital. After signing the sale documents, no news from them for half a year. When I gave a chaser, I was told I did not sign the documents correctly. Had to resubmit the documents and again no news from them. After another chaser, I was told their lawyers are processing. Same old story as the other reviewers. I will be lodging a complaint with the Monetary Authority of Singapore. SCAM!

Don't know why...my earlier review was removed...maybe Walton feels offended at the obvious truth as many others have stated. Invested over USD150k in various land projects..and was told expected exits are 4-8 years.. Well after 13 years still nothing! AVOID Walton like the plague - they overhype and under deliver. As mentioned in my earlier post, I challenge Singapore Walton Investor relations to arrange a call/ video with Walton CEO - Bill Dougherty - with all the burnt investors. But I'm sure Walton doesn't have the decency or courage to do this... Adjectives appropriate for Walton: Scam, incompetent, untrustworthy, snake oil salesmen, Bernie Madoff, ...would love to see someone from Walton land in jail!

I fully agree with all the honest one-star reviews. Would have given an even more negative review of zero star if that option was given. It's one of the worst scams where money was not even paid more than a year after a purported exit for an investment, where Walton can't even explained why there was a loss for a land investment after more than 10 years when there was finally a purported re-development. Criminal charges should be filed against the company and its directors. A long jail term would discourage similar scams from recurring.

Worse company EVER. My wife and I bought a total of 4 projects since 2008. Till today, like 14 years... no news for our U.S projects... which was sold to us promising exit within 2 - 4 years. And we hear them saying U.S having strong rebound... what rubbish. If I had took the same money and invested during the sub prime, Euro Debt or Covid... I would have made back so much more just by buying the index. For our 2 Canada projects... yes.. we have an offer after 14 years!! But both of them at -60% of our investment capital... like what... 14 years and you came back with -60%. Heck.. even local sg banks give better returns. What have you been doing over the last decade? You guys should be ashamed of yourself to even operate selling shady and lousy projects to investors. I can only hope our U.S land will come back with some profits and BREAKEVEN our total cost. Hope... If any potential investor is reading this and thinking about buying some 'land' from them... think twice, no thrice... or rather.. save your brain cells and don't even bother. And to be fair, its not the fault of the 'consultants'. They are just sales persons selling products they thought is good. All for the comm. They have to eat... yet don't know what they are REALLY selling... It's the company behind who claimed to be professional but probably just drinking whiskey and champagne away with your money...

This co does not deserve any star, thinkmore than twice if you want to put money into this so-called investment. The exit offer only happened 8-10 years definitely not 4-6 years per my first consultant. The offer price is lower than my initial investment, in another word, lost investment. And my lost payout will only be paid to me spreading from 5 to 10 years! I don’t even get back my money immediately. There were many changes of consultants, they come and go and now I have another not very professional consultant. Please read all the comments here before anyone wants to put their money with them. The choice is yours.
