★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When called early this morning, Inward shipment handler - One Lady, refuse to give out her name out of fear I guess. She is very Rude and do not know how to handle the calls. She Needs to be trained on how to handle calls. understand Wan Hai International is a repudiated company and having this kind of staff on the job may hamper their professionalism and ratings.
