We booked executive car from airport to our hotel in Singapore through Expedia. There was no car waiting for us and after one hour in the arrival hall we contacted them through the information desk, half an hour later the gaxi arrived, obviously their booking system is not good. It was stressful for us after 13 hrs flight. I have to say the drivers were very pleasant and apologetic. The wang limo replied go my review and claimed a driver was waitingg for us .THIS IS NOT TRUE AND ARRIVAL AREA WAS ALMOST EMPTY OF PASSENGER AND THE DRIVER THEY SEND OVER ONE HOUR LATER ADMITTED TO US THAT THE TAXI SUPPOSED TO MEET US HAD A PUNCTURE AND APOLOGISED TO US. I TOLD HIM EVEN WITH THIS THEY SHOULD HAVE SEND A TAXI IMMEDIATLY. IN SHORT I AM CONFIDENT THEY ARE LYING IN THEIR REPLAY. EVEN EXPEDIA DESERVE ONLY ZERO STAR NOT REPLAYING TO MY EMAIL..SHAME ON YOU EXPEDIA UK.

My ship docked 1 hour late which despite all my efforts to get off the ship and clear immigration meant I arrived 1hr 10 mins after the scheduled pick up time. Wang Limo had my contact details. . Did they send a message to say that they had waited 1 hour beyond the pick up time and were leaving? NO When we contacted them their response was we have waited 1 hour and we are not coming back. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THERE IGNORANT ATTITUDE TO CUSTOMERS

This is by far the best limo service we have ever used and we travel a lot. First of all, the driver we had (Peter), was friendly, professional, punctual and just the best driver all around. He couldn't do enough for us. My husband's cell phone fell out of his pocket on our way to the cruise terminal and we didn't realize it until we were on the ship. The driver found it and came back to the terminal to try and get it to us, but, for some reason, they wouldn't contact us. The company (Wang limo) tried for days to contact us and finally got through to us. We thought his phone was gone! We were stunned that they went that far to let us know they had it. We made arrangements for them to pick us up at the end of the cruise and take us to the airport. We requested the same driver and he when he picked us up, he had the phone and it was wrapped in plastic. My husband and I are so impressed with this company and the driver, Peter, that we told our Travel Agents to recommend them to everyone going to Singapore. There is more I could say, but I think you get the point. You will be very happy if you book them.
