★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only place in Singapore that sells Laksa Siglap (some called it Laksa Chap). It’s legendary for those who know about it. The laksa noodles (made of rice flour) are much thicker (almost like udon noodles) in comparison to other local Laksa that’s sold islandwide.
In Johore (Laksa Johor) it’s almost similar but they use spaghetti instead.
It’s the gravy (made with fish, rempah and coconut milk) that sets it apart from other varieties of laksa sold locally.
I must admit that this is one of my comfort food.

Bought mee siam takeaway..gravy is acceptable but no egg and tahu?? Seriously.....dissapointed not a complete meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place serves amazing bowls of laksa. Thick rice noodles swimming in savoury and mildly spicy coconut gravy. There are so many layers of flavours in this dish that to describe it in words is not justified. It is heaven in a bowl. Highly highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The laksa. So my friend told me to try their laksa cos it is her favourite. And so I did by delivery. U can call or text them and arrange for collection yourself. The laksa is the older generation type which is of authentic recipe. And they use the thicker laksa which is good. Not the short thick laksa which I dnt like.
And when u order, can order also their nasi sambal goreng sotong or chicken. I prefer the sotong. Dnt worry it will not make you blur. That was a myth.
The servings looks small but quite filling.
You can buy 2 packets if u worried not enough. Same goes for the laksa. Looks small but filling. Then can eat for 2 days. Hahaaha
