Flavorful Japanese food but the portions are way too small for the price. The unagi don ($18++) was MUCH smaller than those sold in other Japanese restaurants (which cost around the same price).

Good fresh Japanese food at reasonable prices. Hotpot set with lots of mix and match options. No reservations though.

The ramen and Japanese pizza taste good. Overall pricing is value for money. But advise to come at off peak timings as it can get pretty crowded.

Watami price isn’t that expensive compared to other chain Japanese restaurants. The hotpot set is nice and a huge cup of bubble tea. The kids meals are also worth the money and the kids love it. Overall experience is great.

Not sure what is the hype because this place is always queuing during dinner time. Decided to drop by earlier around 5pm to get a seat and yes we did cause the whole place was empty. Order was through the QR code so fairly simple and they had quite a variety to choose from. Price wise is rather affordable and not too overpriced, but im thinking real hard if i should go back again. Overall, the food was either too sweet or salty or both. The sukiyaki hotpot was sooooo sweet and salty right from the beginning, and once it boils down its totally not bearable to drink at all. $6.90 for about 8-9 slices of meat and the rest are vege. The tofu was so so, and the gyoza was meh. Tasted like some frozen gyoza but then again for that price, shouldnt be expecting much. The don was way too sweet and even though we ordered spicy, i cant actually taste anything spicy. The pros is that the meat slices are thick and huge, but order only if you enjoy sweet taste. May consider to give this place another chance for their ramen or fish dishes, and hopefully it will change my mind and rating for this place.

Good tasty food and lower price than other similar Japanese restaurants. Ordered Spicy Tokachi Don (my favorite), Kimchi Gyudon, Stamina Don as mains and Skewer Platter, Watami Power Salad (good) and Chicken Wing as sides. All were above average. The $30 membership gives 10% discount and 2 x $15 rebate, which is essentially free membership.

Sukiyaki hot pot was quite worth it. Two person can share if u are ordering other dishes. The chicken curry appetizer has potatoes at the bottom, and although it’s served on a hot plate but it’s not hot at all.

Decent Japanese food at reasonable prices. Next time I come here would be more selective of the food as many of the items though nice are not really worth the price point. But definitely go for the set items as the wide selection of food in it gives off an Omakase vibe at a very reasonable price point. Would come back again, but being more selective of the food options 8/10 recommended!
