★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no qualms about the food here. The thing about the Aston chain is that food is largely consistent is portion and quality. I can truly trust it to deliver. What differs then, is the dining experience and service.
The outlet here is a bit small, so you can imagine the wait on a weekend or Friday evening. As most of the seats are outdoors, do come prepared to be seated outside.
The staff members are generally ok. Service isn’t anything to shout about, but I’m glad I haven’t had any disastrous experience. However, service standards can certainly do with some polishing and training so that each team member can respond well enough.

Astons is the place to go whenever I dine out with my friends. Service is not exceptional but I always come here for the great taste and generous portion. Double up chicken is the way to go for hungry fellas. The hickory BBQ sauce was awesome. Nothing much to pick on at this place.
Thanks to consistent and affordable western restaurants like Astons, my life is one shade brighter. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My third time dining at this outlet. There was a queue. Thankfully, the queue was fast moving, so we managed to get outdoor seats within 15 minutes.
The service was okay. Nothing noteworthy. Ordered a Prime Ribeye with potato salad and fries for my sides, while my parents ordered the 'Valentine Special' which consisted of a grilled chicken ribeye steak, 4 sides and two root bear floats.
The ribeye steak was good and prepared as per my preference (medium). Not one of the best steaks I've eaten for sure, but at an affordable price, I can't complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obviously I’d have to say the service is exceptional and the place looks exquisite. However, be prepared to wait a little longer for your food during peak hours but it’s definitely fine because the food is tasty. Went there at around 7pm and luckily for us there wasn’t much of a queue until we were seated inside. It’s a good place to visit if you’re craving for some steak.
