★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best residential complex on Bedok Reservoir Road with basic, Social and sports amenities duly provided for the residents. Proper greenery maintained all around the Complex and adequately secured place to reside peacefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now it's been 1.5 month since we moved to this Condo and surely it's been a good feeling and experience. The facilities are very good, the management is effective and responsive. The proximity to the newly open Downtown MRT is a big advantage. There is already work started to make approach to MRT even easier. One big issue is the approach to the condo is through the parking lot which I found strange and takes time to get used to this design.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pretty condos with all the necessary amenities. The entry is via parking lot area. They have a pool and the function area as well. It is all pretty decent. Some flats have the Bedok reservoir view. It is pretty calming and good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay. No nosy neighbours. Gym, Swimming pool, sauna, tennis court and playground included. Great for pets as there is a big patch of grass behind to walk your pets. MRT and dog playground in walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was doing food delivery to Waterfront Key on 9th October 2021 10.30 a.m. Scolded "low educated", shoved, threatened violence by Indian male security guard (raised his fist at me). One star is too many for this location. Too far away from the major food locations, poor abysmal management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great condo. Has nice gym, swimming pool, steam bath and good Bedok reservoir in front. Walking distance to Bedok Reservoir MRT. Lot of kids, if you have kids great place to move.
