โ โ โ โ โ Good condominium. Well maintained. Nice Pool and Gym. Near Mrt Station and Shopping Mall. Only issue is the tenant profile here, which I believe is an issue to almost everywhere in Singapore nowadays. Otherwise perfect??.

โ โ โ โ โ Great place to stay. Stay here for almost 3yrs. Very happy with everythingโs here. Especially with the Security Guards and Cleaners, they are doing a fantastic job in keeping us safe and common areas clean. ๊ฐ์ฌํฉ๋๋ค

โ โ โ โ โ Staying at Eastpoint Green for the past 5 years. First in the mid floor and later moved to top floor.
Decent facilities with good management team.
Units are quite spacious, with a few unit types have a slightly odd shapes at master room, dining room and kitchen.
The main disadvantage is the noise from neighbor that can easily propagated to yours, probably due to poor design or simply a typical old development. You can easily hear your upper neighbor steps, or when your immediate neighbor on the same level cleaning home, or someone else slamming door somewhere.
Recently management has been pushing for urgent meeting to increase maintenance fee since there's been deficit in recent years. Kind of understandable considering how low the current fee is.
Neighborhood are generally diverse, quite many are locals and renters are noticeable Asian expats

โ โ โ โ โ This condo is good as it has many facilities with 3 Swimming pools, a gym, theatre room, library, tennis courts, Badminton courts and nine towers with ten stories every story has 8 houses which makes it 720 houses. The houses have a lot of space and are very clean and good. Itโs a very nice place

โ โ โ โ โ Best condo in SIMEI, love the clubhouse the most, do you all know clubhouse here have a mahjong room ? Thereโs karaoke room as well! Amazing right ? The penthouse is the best layout, with Junior master bedroom en-suite. Iโm working on it, to get 1 unit there in 2022! Help me live my dream ! The lap pool is also great size, with children pool as well. Well maintained project !

โ โ โ โ โ Stayed here for a few months at unit facing hospital.
At night the road is quite noise due to motorbikes speeding up at traffic light.
The most disturbing noises coming from ambulance sirens, so loud even with ear plug also could not help. Hard to have peaceful rest.
Condo facility is quite decent and well maintain.
