Had called top Hong traders on phone regarding a WiFi problem with our smart TV. They advised us correctly on phone itself (instead of charging with a home visit), which saved us time and money. Would highly recommend them for their service oriented attitude.

Make many call attempts with no one answering, Worst response and attitude from call picked up eventually by Khoo claiming that they had done their part, Top Hong Traders super good at pushing, Beware TV Collection on last Sat 4/4/2020. Assured that repair take 2 days also Confirm that TV beyond repair takes 3 to 5 days replacement but blamed all liability to Harvey Norman for failing to process

Repairman was knowledgeable and friendly. Managed to repair my washing machine within 20 mins in my house. Affordable fees as well. Thanks!

Asked about my TV repair and was surprised they were quite confident in repairing versus others who were not so sure. Fees were reasonable to me, but great service from Ang who was flexible to deliver the repaired TV to my mother’s place after collecting it from my place due to need for ordering spare module (not sure why need to bring back to their workshop though….).

I was impressed with their swift response when I made an Enquiry to repair my LG washer. They are very experienced as they could tell the fault by me describing the issue. They arranged to come down within the day and got it fixed on-site! Thanks to Mr Khoo and his team.

Got their contact via WhatsApp. Becareful, they overcharge their parts and services as compared to the official LG repair centres. The first time they repaired my WM, I was obligated to pay since it is my own BAD for not checking the prices.....they changed the PCB for my WM, and charge me $260(after discount some more!!!). When I checked with the official LG repair centre, they quoted only $80 for the PCB, plus labor charge of say $69.55.....that did not even amount to the $260 they charged me. Incidentally I did ask them about changing the absorber for another WM and they quoted $250+, man, this time I hesitated and said I will consider. I called the official LG repair centre, which I was quoted only $40 for one absorber, even if you change 3 absorbers and plus the labor fee, it wouldn't even amount to $200 and they quoted $250+. I was totally ripped off by Top Hong Traders. I texted them, they only say they will check and feedback to their finance dept, a totally lie cos the man who came is one of the partners or owner, I believe cos I checked their facebook and company and recognised the face. They never came back or responded, cos they know they have taken your money already, totally insincere and dishonest company overcharging people their hard earned money.

This group of third party vendors are terrible in doing servicing of washing machine, fridges and all home appliances at home, they will come and and add up service charges without confirming which parts to change. Mine was bad experience with them they even took my mother board and pump back with them even without our permission… They left all other parts that was dismantled Without fixing back to it’s original location. Please people when you come across this “TOP HONG TRADERS” please be alert of this issue… TAKE NOTE…!!!???

Mike Lee is the authorized installer for Bertazzoni hoods. He helped me with getting a flexible duct for the Bertazzoni hood I got. He made the effort to understand what was needed before making a recommendation on what to get - to match with what my interior designer is providing. He was also responsive enough and I was able to collect the part I needed the same evening. Thanks for your help!
