★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called more than 20 times for over an hour and left message for return call to check on my lost pouch, but kept telling me operator is busy and no calls received. How important are the customers then when the hotline has no operator?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better be careful when attended by this lady Iris . She told me that I will be getting 20% off if I top up to $38. So I took 2 packets of sweets for her. She scanned the 2 packets and said those cannot be included I need to get other no promo stuffs. I then passed her a packet of wet tissue $4. My total amount was $49. There was a long q waiting so I didnt check my bill. I then found out that she didnt put the 2 packets of sweets into my bag and theres no 20% discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to buy a few Watsons house brand tooth stain eraser since early September 2019. All the stores including here don't seem to have stock. Some of the staff in certain stores that we went to don't even know the existence of this in-house product. Standard and unproductive answer given is always: "try online."
Sometimes we really feel that Watsons only sell the things that they want to sell and not the things that we wish to buy.
We'll write more about our experiences regarding Watsons customer support at HQ and its hotline if we have the opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 5 stars is for Indian lady pharmacist who attended to me today. Approachable, knowledgeable n friendly. She checked several alternatives carefully before recommending the most suitable 1 for my problem. She did not rush n did not have the blasè attitude that some pharmacists seem to have. So thumbs up for her! Good job!
