Rude chinese lady wear black colour blouse short hair and specky talking to me with very bad tone manner at cashier,please learn to to have some basic courtesy when talking to customers,she needs to be counselled for her bad behaviour,please note to the watson management

Don't like Watson. Voucher equal value of money, but in Watson their voucher only can get non discount items plus needed a $50 min value to use it. Horrible sales tactic, unless no choice or I will not go there again.

The staff and the person in charge at west coast plaza are friendly and approachable and would help the customer who need help.

I often patronise this outlet since I live nearby and I can't help but notice a certain staff.. Not sure what her position is exactly but seems to be of higher authority. Chinese woman to be precise. I'm not one to leave negative remarks about others but being in the service industry as well I absolutely need to stress on the fact that this person has got no professionalism at all. She is extremely loud and rude towards the other staffs not bothering that there are customers around. I would've let it slip if it happened just once but I have seen this happening more than once. Just last week around Wednesday I came to get some stuffs and saw this woman shouting very harshly to a malay girl (also a staff). I could tell that this girl was really embarrassed and the tone used by this uncivilised woman was seriously uncalled for. I really think watsons needs to either bring down her position to teach her a lesson or send her for some kind of intensive training to buck up her soft skills because such behaviour is really gonna affect the shopping experience for customers. Hope some stern action is taken. Thank you

Last visited a year ago and was disappointed with their sales staffs. Very positive this time 28 May 2022. The lone south-Asian lady really knows the inventory as well as her stuff. Ask her something ranging from prebiotic to electrolytes, or from feminine care to oral hygiene and she has the answers ready. Most importantly, noted that she was helpful and courteous to everyone. She also good at increasing basket size and upselling. If ever I am in retail talent hunt - she will be the first

Frequent promotions on items and encountered extremely helpful and polite staff on several occasions

Well organized, clean and attentive staffs, like every Watsons outlet, nothing to complain. Pros: Like every standards Watson Clean Organized Helpful friendly staffs Cons: Location is far from metro
