★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended weber class and got a discount voucher. Got it to purchase Q2200 gas grill which suppose to come with free gift of pizza stone and grill cover.
However, gift not included and delivered due to discount voucher applied.
After a refund was requested was told to collect the gift from the shop.
Spend an hour traveling to get the heavy pizza stone which suppose to be delivered tgt.
Its ridiculous to exclude gift due to discount voucher applied.
Hope the team would look into this and the processes.
