Best Medical clinic in Singapore

S	Saqib Malik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great way to kill 2-3 hours. Nice doctor, always says sorry for any inconvenience during examination. However has never said sorry for the 2+ hour wait that sick people sometimes do standing outside. A regular 2+ hour wait here and front staff very disorganised. I think most ppl are here coz it’s the only clinic in the area.
a	anisha dsouza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Mok is one of the most gentle , patient and the best GP I’ve had contact with in Singapore. He advises his patients to the best of his ability. I’ve been visiting him for more than 4.5 years in Singapore. Highly reccomend.
R	Robert Scorey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment at 2pm and arrived 5 mins early but the clinic only opened at 2pm and then had to queue 10 minutes to talk to reception so 2pm appt was never feasibly possible. Having waited for another 15 mins so 25 mins after my appt asked the reception if I am next in line to be seen to which they were unable to say either way so just left… useless… either do a walk-in or do an appointment, don’t treat an appointment like a walk-in!

Doctor on the other hand had such a terrible attitude, saying I wasn't allowed to drink water in the clinic. Brushed off my cough saying it's expected as I'm a smoker and my lining is destroyed. Assumed I had a fever and prescribed me meds even without taking my temperature. Chided me for not going back to the first clinic I went to earlier this week, when all I wanted was to visit a nearby clinic asap for medication. Literally wanted nothing to do with me, in and out in a couple of minutes. Not sure if he woke up on the wrong side of bed today, but certainly a far cry from the reviews here. Will not visit again.
J	James Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Mok is a patient and gd doctor but the rest of the clinic prob don't come up to scratch. Some of the ladies (depending who's on duty) are very rude and curt. Things also dont seem to be improving. It's not worthwhile to come here really - there's two other clinics further down. Such a shame.
G	Gladys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's so difficult to find a clinic which operates on Sunday and it was really surprising to find this clinic at a centralised location. Dr Mok was not on duty as there was a standby doctor on duty. Very polite and attentive. Clean and bright environment as well.
S	Shalini Fernando on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello We have come for our second vaccine to pinnacle family clinic and there is a one hour delay even though we have an appointment for 9:30. The service is beyond terrible at this clinic. Even the first appointment there was a delay. This facility has terrible social distancing and the delay causes people to gather inside and is an even bigger Covid risk. See photograph below of how bad the distancing is at the clinic
E	Elisabeth Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place should be reported to MOH. Having gone to other community centers for vaccines none has a process so slow and inefficient and unsafe. They strictly open at 2pm due to Lunch break but a line start piling before that, and when they open up there is a long line out the door and some pp have to stand in their hallway already conglomerate. There is no safety at all. MOH should not allow them to serve vaccines with waiting time of 1hr?? The booster vaccines take 1hr be to attended? After you get your booster normally you should wait for observation for 30min, but this clinic has no space for that! They take forever to print a certificate! I had to remind them! Don’t come here if you can! It’s unfortunate there is not enough vaccine center to service the river Valley & orchard area. There is no motivation for clinic to change.
