Recently, I was working at an event job and she has been really patient to hear my worries and concerns that I had on site while dealing with the customers and to meet clients' expectations.
Unfortunately, due to the unforeseen situations that I had onsite, it was challenging for me to meet what the client requested. However, agent Cheryl will always make the effort to check in with me when I was working under her.
