★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kathleen who is supposedly the only one in charge - after what seemed like proactive became MIA and everything they were supposed to cover under warranty was pushed to blame on any possible reason and those that cannot be pushed, no follow up or whatsoever on the so called ‘vendor’ whom they engaged. no point having warranty if you engage them. not going to waste my time on this woman anymore. what a lucky company that earns in such an easy way.
