Friendly, helpful n understanding staff even though one or two do not know the products well

This store seems to still operate in the 1990s style aka over aggressive promoters who kept trying to pester you and won’t leave you alone despite repeatedly telling them not interested / prefer to just browse on my own. They just went on and on and on and will not shut up. One of them asked me twice after telling her politely again no thanks she proceeded to strut in front of me and stepped on my foot - it could be accidental but there was no apology. Yes I thought it was interesting when I saw the shop carrying a lot of Japanese drugstore products some of them not (readily) available elsewhere in Singapore. However the shopping experience and aggressive style of promoters was a total turn off. Please wake up to reality the kind of attitudes of your promoters was what drove many customers to shopping online. While I do still enjoy shopping offline, I much prefer going to stores whose staff greet you courteously always and then leave you to browse on your own without intrusion but always around and ready to offer help whenever you need to. Edit: It does not matter that the vendor is unappreciative of feedback and instead of trying to improve itself, tries to take down negative reviews instead. It is ultimately the shopping experience itself that will determine whether your store is a success or fail.

The sales attendant by the name of Clara Young is super nice, friendly, attentive and helpful. I had a very enjoyable time with her service.

Conveniently located at Suntec City near Promenade mrt. Mostly selling Japanese products. Pop in for various promotions every week. I am amazed by cashier cum sales attendants who multi-task with good product knowledge. They will highlight their promotion for the week in case you missed them.
