β β β β β Bought a sofa from here in 2018 for close to 3 grand. During purchase, sofa was advertised as highly durable, scratch resistant and long-lasting. Sofa was really comfortable when tested and first bought. Within 2 years, it has started to crack as shown in the pictures. When asked if this was something normal, they claimed that the cracks were because of oil, sweat and a βheavy weightβ of more than 60kg sitting on the same spot frequently. Sofa is still comfy, but I expect to get it replaced in due time when the cracking and flaking gets worse. Would advise to stay-away unless youβre feeling loaded and would like to change your sofa every 3years or so.

β β β β β Strongly WILL NOT recommend anyone to buy sofa from this company. Never ever.
The sofa took a very long time to come. The whole process took about 6 months! More importantly, the customer has to actively chase them, if not they will just sit on it.
Chasing them is a very painful process. They are super unresponsive to calling, WhatsApp messages, emails, etc. Itβs to a point I thought this was a scam and almost wanted to report to CASE.
And when you eventually reach them, they cannot follow instructions at all. You need to discuss the same points over and over again in terms of Colour, texture, style, legs, etc.
Unless you really have a lot of time to entertain such nonsense, I strongly will not recommend anyone to patronize this store.

β β β β β Never trust their words and never ever buy from them. The sofa is super expensive yet super poor quality and the after sales service is super lousy. Defects on my sofa 1 by 1 appear within months. Contact the company and promise will repair but until now almost 2 years never get back and didnt reply.

β β β β β Bought 2 sofas from them about 1-2 years ago. Quality is tip top and definitely worth your money. After 1-2 years of constant usage and the sofas are still in perfect condition!!
Came across their exhibition today at Rivervale Plaza today and purchased another one for my office! Highly recommend!
