M	Michael Hamton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning when I was making my way to the refuse shoot to dispose my rubbish , to my dismay I was shock to see plied up rubbish thrown all over the floor I even saw our state flag dumped in the plastic bags. The rubbish is not cleared till now. This is at Jurong West Street 61 , blk 649A level 4.

No action from town council as promised by them it will be immediate. Very disappoint n unsatisfactory service rendered to resident. Resident located at jurong west st 61, blk 642
B	Beng Lai Ong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BLK 221 BOON LAY PLACE The workers engaged by town council opening dig holes without putting any barracks. The dusts and noises spread across the whole car park. I hope town council can be more considerate and more responsible when carry out their works. I have to bear all the noise and inhale all the dusts but you seem to be in the dark and not knowing what happening.
R	Raymond Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody clean up the environment, 2 months already didn't see any cleaner swept the HDB flats. Called 5 times within 2 weeks and still never see they deploy any cleaner to clean up the junks in staircases. Just know how to collect monthly conservancy charges and nothing is done for environment cleanliness. Compared to last time conservancy charges monthly $26 a lot of things was taken care off but now at $46 monthly nothing is done and sit on the feedbacks.

Whenever I call, they are prompt and pleasant in answering and send over the folks to solve the issues on the same day, Overall, a good experience and the workers who come daily are also very helpful.
