★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More counters and less staff.Even in the peak hours they don't deploy more staff to manage the situation. Now the situation is only three counter and around 50 people on the queue. This is the worst service WU in Singapore. Not recommend. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good exchange rate. I was there to remit some money to someone in the Philippines, got assisted by a helpful and patient young lady. She taught me how to complete the remittance in details via their app. Within minutes I settled everything, was happy with her service. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today just make a trip down to remit money, shock abput something which i think management of the branch should take it serious, im in for about less then 5min (check cctv if needed) and i was sweating.....i looking at the aircon outlet, which i think customer queuing portion was closed, only counter outlet on which i can felt the wind there, i understand less customer should cut cost, but not this way, im fast not becos of counter service, its all well prepared for counter staff to handle my remit, outside air still cooler then the branch inside, whats going on?

Btw, WU. Please shut down your contact center 63362000, not sure why the other CS are there for. Except the Chinese lady Customer service whom I spoke to, at least she was patient and trying her utmost best to help. As for the rest of the CS, attitude problem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small but can do most things like money remittances etc. Located just further down POSB branch at JP. Long queue at peak time.
Avoid crowds by coming in non peak timing & getting ready what you need to before your turn at counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i am going to send money , i want to send to malaysia , i send money for my sister buy phone . i want to send to shop owner because my sister don't have bank account
But they don't want to help me to send money they afraid that was scam , i explain to them its no scam and i ask for another number to the owner they still don't want to send , they ask my sister pasport id and owner id they still not send ,when i ask why you don't want to help me to send they said we just send to familly mamber not to stranger . I told them already if there have problem after this , i will not blam you , but still they don't want to send , it's so annoying i waste my time there almust 1 hours
