★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queued for an hour to exchange money. **Note to everyone who wants to exchange currency during peak period, the money changer allowed people who are exchanging a huge amount of currency to cut queue. Not sure how many people have cut the queue but right before I was served, the money changer told me to wait while she let this guy cut my queue just because he had $20k to exchange.
Not recommended, should have gone to the money changer at the bus interchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swift Exchange? I waited in queue for 16 minutes and TWO people had finished. I think the person on duty that day was hand drawing the notes or perhaps minting the coins. I left the queue, unable to take wait further.Picture of queue attached - the adjacent stores will probably report to the mall authorities that their business is being obstructed by the snaking crowd.
