Understaffed. Make sure to book an appointment via the website on Weekends and Public Holidays. Otherwise expect normal long queues on any other day

I happened to pass by this evening and noticed the queue is very long. Really unacceptable to have so many people waiting. I guess probably they are understaffed or slow. There were 2 staff on duty. I think they could consider hiring more staff since their service is in high demand here.

Be prepared to wait for 1.5 hrs and more here. Been here couple of times but forever long queues anytime, any day, any month. Only one counter open, when we're were there 2 days ago, late afternoon (there are 3 counters) Queue no. given by a staff outside, who lacks service quality! She can be more productive handling transactions inside ( she had done that before). Queue number seemed to be haphazard for those queing outside, resulting in confusions. This place needs to have an automatic queuing system and better customer service skills for improvement!

Very very very bad customer service. The old lady is very very rude and she don't even know how to work properly. She is going crazy. She don't listen the customer's speaking also. May be she is deaf. If deaf, shouldn't work and must stay at home.

The Chinese aunty working there is racist, rude and speaks to customers in a demeaning manner. She is slow, inefficient and behaves in a very inappropriate manner. Looking at all the previous reviews you do wonder why she has not been properly trained. The odd thing is that when the customer is angrier and fiercer than her she mellows down. So I suppose the trick is to be fierce.

Long wait due to inefficiency of staff . Not prejudice against senior employee but she should be trained properly. V slow so long wait. From 1pm - 3pm only one staff as lunch time. Govt has implemented digital IC so Western union shd keep up wit times.

Western Union Management should look at the reviews and feedback of customers to the staff (Auntie) working in Clementi Branch. She is very rude and shes scolding customers without even hearing their side of the story. We are paying for the fees in sending money and its not for FREE! We deserve better atleast RESPECT! regardless of JOBS of people sending money there is their hard earned money!

The staff on duty is friendly even she is alone and there is a crowd. Even though customers can be demanding, she is able to handled them well. The management need to consider putting more staff during this time 5-7pm Updated on 29th April 2020: I took off all the stars from Westen Union. Avoiding the Pandemic and lock down in Singapore I send funds through the WU Application. I deposited the funds immediately to WU Singapore which is DBS bank. The funds somehow did not get through and hence offered a refund but I have to collect it through one of the branches, exposing myself during the Circuit Break, social distancing in Singapore. I am really disappointed with WU.
