Service is worst,staff dont care if people queing for long time alrdy,must give importance and utmost service to custmomer,without your customer,i dont think your business will survive

As mentioned by other reviews. The staff have no rapport. Don't know what they're doing and you can't ask them a question without an arrogant response. They treat customers poorly.

Visited the outlet on 24 Nov morning. The two staff members on duty were very efficient and tried to clear the queue as fast as they could. Staff also very patient and explained the sending options carefully. Thank you.

OMG! I arrived in the AMK Mrt branch 7.50pm, it's closed already :( With lady saying I arrived too late. But checked online, it says 8pm, not 750pm. It's also displayed at the door is 8pm. How come terribly inconsiderate?!? I purposely cut time from my business working hour, just to make it before 8pm and yet it's closed! Even thou all staff wants to go home early, you still need to do your job. Closing time is 8pm, NOT 7:50pm. Please serve your customers well. Next opportunity is very challenging for me. Covid season, u need to be flexible, Western Union. Come on! Everyone needs to adjust to the situation! I must say, truly very2 upset. I just need to get my $$$, stucked with you since May. Do u have a facility/ service to just transfer my money to my local bank acct? Appreciate your best advice.

Yesterday - 9 Nov 2021 , went with my Helper at 11am to this Ang Mo Kio Branch, intending to remit money home in Mynamar. Saw some people in the queue. Waited for an hour but the office still not opened. Called the hotline 63362000 and was told to try another branch as he could not ascertain why office not opened. Request for the direct line of the branch and intended to come back after lunch. Was told no other line available and he was from Pakistan Office! What a letdown!!!!

Staff is rude.I went to Ang Mo Kio WU today around 1400H. Staff Did not ask the customer where to transfer ; which Country and bank or cash . She just ask my IC card , receiver name and send the money to my country that mention in my IC card . I keep asking whether I need to give the Bank account of the receiver . She said no need and ask me sign the form . When I check the form ,receiver name is correct but the country I want to transfer is wrong . Then I explain her that I want to send the money to other country and bank acct . She raised the voice and blame me that I did not mention . I suggest the staff should ask the customer properly . This is my first experience with WU . Thanks
