Walked in and staff was oblivious to my presence, continuing to key in delivery orders for quite a long while. A simple, "give me a moment", would have been sufficient. Tea was good for the shopee discounted price. Pearls were very soft.
S	Sarah Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the last time i came here was few months ago as they gave terrible service but today was a pleasant surprise. the lady at the cashier (10pm 1st nov) was sooo nice! a lot of the teas i wanted were sold out but she recommended me milktea instead and I wanted to change the topping to cheese. she suggested the flavours may not complement but went ahead with doing it for me anyway. it turned out soooo good! she was also so nice to separate the cheese from the milktea incase the flavours clashed so that I can still drink the milktea on its own. that was very kind of her. i'll definitely come back more often ??

But ended up having to wait by the cashier for over 10 minutes before the staff came over to take my order. It's understandable that the staff is busy prepping the drinks for earlier delivery orders. However, I feel it would be great if the staff is able manage the customer's expectations by letting them know the estimated waiting time while they continue tending to their earlier orders. Instead of ignoring the customer's presence, making them feel like as though they are invisible. In terms of the drinks, I'd say it's pretty good, but nothing surprising as compared to the already saturated bubble tea market. I'd say go for it if there's any ongoing promo ?
G	GK T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After cycling, we wanted a drink and came upon this little shop at the outskirts of Ang Mo Kio MRT Station. Friendly staff. No one was queuing which to me, is good for because I need not have to wait. But it is not too good for the business. The shop has a Mother’s Day promotion as shown. We took the Offer. The Boba Tea has enough milk. Pearls are soft and chewy but it does not have that usual tapioca taste; there is a slight “chin-chow” undertones as the pearls are chewed further. The second tea we chose was just the simple honey black tea — mild sweetness which tasted just right. The promotion ends on the 12th of May 2022. For that price, it’s still a good deal.
