Loving my drums lessons with hafiz at WMJ! I’m still very much a beginner but can feel my skills progressing and I look forward to the session each week. A great atmosphere, facilities, and super positive (and most importantly, patient!!) teacher.

I had been learning drums and guitar from "what's your jam" for the past 2 years. Hafiz is the teacher there and he is very patience, detailed, and full of creativity with his teaching. Never feel boring during the lessons, thumbs up ???

Hafiz is patient, and makes learning the ukulele fun and non-intimidating for an adult. Rather than forcing me to memorise notes, Hafiz taught me to feel and appreciate the music. The studio is also cosy and inviting. I’d highly recommend What’s Your Jam if you are an adult who is looking to pick up and instrument for the first time.

Hafiz is an amazing teacher who is patient & always seeks to share as much of his musical knowledge as possible. It's been such a great experience learning music at Whats Your Jam, one of my favourite activities every week! 10/10 would recommend to students of all ages!

Hafiz is a well rounded musician and a great teacher. You will not only learn from him but, more importantly, have fun playing alongside him. The facilities are excellent too, you get the environment of a professional recording studio with great acoustics rather than a small empty room.

I've been with taking vocal and guitar lessons with What's Your Jam for almost 3 years. It's been a great learning journey. Hafiz is an awesome teacher - he's super knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He's able to cater his teaching style to the student. When I struggled with a concept and didn't seem to get it, Hafiz continuously finds new ways to teach me until I got it. He's super technical and knowledgeable as well. Be it learning a new song or needing help to explore new music styles, Hafiz can play by ear and transpose automatically (not to mention across different instruments). This helps a lot when we change songs quickly or talk about a song holistically. His performing experience also helps add colour to the songs I want to learn/ performances or learning. If you are considering a music teacher who will work with your personalised goals, look no further. Hafiz is a great teacher and What's Your Jam is the best place!

Super great service, Hafiz is very friendly and experienced! we needed a song for our wedding and they did it for us all edited and completed with a very fast turnover time. It was an enjoyable experience for my husband and I , and we definitely recommend anyone who loves singing to give this a try!
