Horrible communication and bad scheduling. Interrupted progress because they would put you into classes with different teachers without letting you know when you need to reschedule. Pity cos the teacher I had was really good but the school's owner (yifang) is too unprofessional and really lacks basic communication skills.

Have been learning in focusmusic for 2 years all the teacher here is very professional and very friendly. They are also very talented and patient . The school fees here is also very reasonable really recommend you guys to join if yall wan to find somewhere he can learn music without any stress, and all the teachers here not bad looking also

Went for their free trial before joining. The teacher that taught me during the trial was very nice and patience which is the reason why I signed up for their classes. I have signed up for their group class- keyboard. Their group classes is $150 for a month (4classes), where each group consist of 2 to 4 people per class is 1 hour. For first timer, there is a registration fee of $20 and a deposit of $150 (1month lesson) on top of the group class cost. Basically you will need to pay $320 at the start. Please take note of the following 1. payment need to be made every time on the 4th completed lessons. So if your first lesson is on 1 jan 2021 (you should have already paid $320), at end of jan, when you attended your 4th lesson of the month, they will ask you to pay $150. Normally they will send you a WhatsApp message to notify you about making the payment few days before. 2. In the case where you have forgotten to make the payment on point 1, be prepared to be chased by them. Personally i feel that i'm like being chased by loan shark for that 1 missed payment and after i have informed them payment will be next in next lesson, they still call and texted me to pay for school fee. (do note that I still have the $150 non-refundable deposit at their end, so i actually never owe them any money) 3. What if you can’t attend the lesson on that day. If you informed them the day before your class or on the actual day, you need to provide them with MC, else, they have the right not to have any replacement class for you. If you informed them 1 week earlier, you can have your replacement class, but it will have to be before your next class. Do remember that you are not actually paying for cost of 4 classes, IT IS A MONTHLY COST regardless whether you have attended how many lessons. Their system does not work like gym/fitness session where you pay by the number of classes and get to book the slot of your choice 4. The room is not a full sound proof room. So be prepared to hear the next door people singing or practicing Don’t be surprised if someone come in in the middle of your class to ask you for payment (I heard that it has happened before) After months of lessons , I decided to stop. I feel that the inflexibility of the system is making me more stressed, especially when it is your busy period for work or you are just busy with personal life. Summary: they have very bad management/boss/system but super good and nice teachers. you can really feels that the teacher is there to help you learn. * 5 stars rating for teachers* *1 star rating for management/boss/system*

Less flexibility. Not suitable for working adults. Excuse of urgent matter will not be accepted for a replacement class which lead to waste of money.
