★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The engagement of the service is fuss free and very convenient. I put in my online submission for a vehicle at 10pm plus and there was an immediate followup by WhatsApp by their staff. My anxiety and stress of looking for a suitable vehicle so late and last min all vanished! Thank you for the prompt response. ?
Charges wise, it is very economical. We were prepared to pay a premium, from what we have heard and read. But I'm very thankful that it's affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, patient, kind and helpful Mr Philip, sending my wheelchair bound brother to and fro for medical appointment in hospital. Though sometimes the waiting time is long and unpredictable, but Mr Philip is always flexible, patience, and compromising, making caregiver's day a lot more less stressful! I am really grateful!!

Also secures wheelchair passenger with seat belts attached to the floor of van to the 4 corners of the wheelchair hence very safe.
And can have more than 1 accompanying passenger.
Price also fairly reasonable.
Highly recommend.

All their Captains of their vehicles are well mannered with full of patience which is the hallmark of their service.
This made my mum felt welcomed and thus gave her a sense of comfort.

Even if we are running late he obliges to wait without complaining. They are service oriented and treat my parents with great care.Feel safe using them.I would highly recommend them to whoever needs wheelchair transfers.Thank you Philip and team!!! ?

I followed my Dad on one return trip, and was impressed by how careful the driver was. He took all speed bumps gently, which I thought was really considerate.
I would recommend their service, for those who have a need for wheelchair access transport.
