Worst experience ever. Terrible attitude and service. Never dealt with a worse counter staff before. Will never go back. FYI: There are better and cheaper shops around the vicinity too.

Just did a 1 hour body massage at $63. One of the worst experience ever. Don’t know how they get such high review. 1. Receptionist watching show with airpod on. Didn’t even know I was standing infront of her. 2. Ask politely that I prefer someone who can press stronger after I paid, receptionist told me I must pay extra for deep tissue. 3. The body massage is only the back and doesn’t include the front. It ended abruptly at my head and I was shocked. 4. My masseur was very disinterested in her job. Used her phone and rolled around massaging me in her rolling chair throughout (except for the beginning 10min). 5. Spent at least 15min just massaging my arm alone, which felt like nothing. 6. Massage was like rubbing my skin, couldn’t even feel any pressure. Particularly like didn’t feel like I have a massage. Even after I told her to use more strength. 7. When I came out, masseur was standing there using her phone and didn’t look happy eventhough I didn’t even say anything. My partner said his experience was ok but not exceptional too. Guess this place has no standard and my masseur has an issue. Won’t recommend anyone here considering it’s quite ex and service is bad. There is a reason why all the massage places around the area was fully booked and this was available. Always trust the crowd. I only went there because there was still space available. First and last time visiting. Take my money cos you can only bluff me once.
