Totally agree with other reviewers, very rude staff working in this clinic. They really hate their jobs. I called in to update Sinopharm vaccination appointments at 0941hrs on 9 November 2021, 1 female staff rudely told me she was busy, I thus asked her if I could call back when she was less busy, she then raised her voice, ' What you want?' Incredible! After briefly shared some information, another female staff shouted from background, saying, 'Why call here? Who asked her to call?...' Wow. I find it hard to believe company is paying such uncivilised staff to chase customers away.

NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS CLINIC FOR PCR pre departure TEST. The setup itself to take pcr is the worst. Imagine a prisoner and a visitor setup with a glass panel in between and the doctor putting just his hands through two small openings in the glass panel to get to your nose in the most uncomfortable setting. Dr gregory in particular is the worst in listening to patients utter disregard to a patient in discomfort and distress. He has caused permanent scarring. This clinic overall is the absolute worst with the worst doctors you can imagine

Lousy service ~ 1) clinic closed 45min before the actual closing time, 2) telephone forever no one pick up, 3) careless and rude nurses. If u were given a choice, pls dont go there.

Thank you to the wonderful frontline warriors who was on duty around 1230pm today, esp 2 Indian ladies and 1 Chinese male. Today was my second visit in a row. Overall experience was very pleasant.

The number of bad reviews speaks for my own experience as well. I was ART+ and had consulted a doctor, but was referred here for SASH so I’ll have an official record. Waiting and swabbing experience was alright. The doctor told me to go home after the swab. As I asked β€œSo this it, Doctor?” and moved out of the clinic perimeter, nobody told me anything further or stopped me. As expected, the result was still positive and I was already home when the clinic called and asked where I was, as I had to pay $10 and collect my medication. I explained that it wouldn’t be in anyone’s best interest for me to roam around and offered to pay via PayNow, though I wouldn’t need medication and MC as I already had a teleconsultation in the morning and had what I needed. The clinic attendant insisted that somebody came before 8 PM to settle the payment. I was told that the $10 was for everything - including the swab, which I thought was complimentary since I was referred by a WhiteCoat GP. I went back as I didn’t want to get anyone into trouble but was clearly not in the most amicable state. The clinic attendant didn’t even apologise, simply stating that there must have been a misunderstanding between the doctor and I as I tried to explain that I wouldn’t need medication and MC. I tried to show her my WhiteCoat referral but she said β€œYou know there’s no use for you to show me your phone right”. At that point I realised there’s no point trying to understand what’s going on. She’s not going to care nor clarify with the doctor. I paid and hope I’d never have to come back. I’m not sure about the misunderstanding with Dr. Gregory Cai. However, the clinic attendants could really do with some training and a good dose of empathy.

On 23.2.2023 Wednesday, I brought my son to the clinic for runny nose and sore throat. After registration, we were told to wait outside the clinic without any explanation. We waited for about an hour but nobody came to call us. In-between that one hour, about mid-way through, I went into the clinic to enquire whether it was our turn. I was instructed to wait outside again by a very rude staff (Malay woman in her 50s and rather huge in physical size). After witnessing so many patients who came after us and having been attended to by the doctor, I went in again after one hour to enquire again. The same staff told me she had forgotten about us. Instead of apologising, she gave me that nasty look, as if to tell me: β€œI had forgotten about you, so what?!”. I simply cannot understand how a person can be that rude and arrogant! We are very disturbed by the incident and would appreciate a reply from the management please, thank you.

Went there on Sunday afternoon which is the only clinic that opens on Sunday BASED on their website. Reached there with my pregnant wife that got sick ART +, the nurse came out and said DOCTOR IS NOT AVAILABLE. Cant do swab or anything. WTH. Tried calling them before leaving my house also nobody picked up the phone. What kind of clinic doesnt have a doctor available when they claim they are open on Sunday? MOH should close down this type of clinic. Wasted so many sick patients time going there for nothing. I saw so many bad reviews from other patients too but no improvement from the clinic manager.

Went clinic before 12pm and was told it was closed. Requested to be accepted as clinic just put up closing sign as I entered. Answer is no and that I have to come back at 2pm to re-queue. Went out of the clinic and saw that operating hour states close at 1pm. Went back to clinic and asked to be accepted as operating hours is opened till 1pm. Clinic still said no. The clinic should follow the operating hours or put a sign to state it is closed. Staff should be more flexible too. And this is the 3rd visit for my cough. Only reason I came back here is all other clinics in the area are closed on Sun.
