The blooms are big and full, pale pastel pink is soft enough yet vibrant. Not the dead pink, not a single petal bruised. Delivery was on time and courier was polite. This is where you want to buy your bouquets for your loved ones! Pricing much more affordable than some other "brands", quality much better as well. 4th day having my bouquet and the blooms are still going strong!

WORST wrapping style in town, please do not waste your time and money here!! The flowers will not be visible from the front view as seen from the photos posted. Don't expect good customer service if you are not satisfied with the flowers received - even though your flowers will not be visible anyways hahaha (might as well just go and buy wrapping paper!). BAD FLORIST SHOP to choose if you're buying for a gift and especially if photos will be taken such as grad/proposal/birthday/celebratory events. Trust - look for another better florist. Long story: Found seller from a telegram group chat and purchased a flower bouquet under Whimsical Emporium's name (was later told that it is their sub brand, however, was given Whimsical Emporium website as a reference and hence purchased under the impress of Whimsical Emporium name - they must be the same florist but their wrapping style were SO BAD). Their flowers advertised were so pretty (please see expectation vs reality photo). Requested for a refund as it was so bad that I had to repurchase another bouquet but seller insist that it was a result of the plastic bag given by seller to place the bouquet (not sure which florist does not provide carrier, I mean.. how much does a proper carrier cost? And I did not mind paying, however was told that they DO NOT provide... so I had to just ask for a plastic bag just to cover up the flowers) but the MAIN POINT was not how it was carried/transported but it was the wrapping style/method that does not allow for the flowers to be seen. A picture speaks a thousand words, just take a look yourself! P.S. The sides of the wrapper are crumpled because I had to forcefully open them up so that at least some flowers can be seen from the front (which the seller insist that this was due to the plastic bag given, but the plastic bag did not damage the flowers or wrapping in any way as it was picked up in a vehicle and placed properly throughout) I mean.. it is quite clear my unhappiness arises from the wrapping style and this is the fault of the florists - hence strongly suggest you guys to look for other florist with better skills!

I bought some flowers from here for V Day for my girlfriend and she loved it. More specifically, I got the pink Valentine's Everlasting Bouquet and it looked superb. The ordering process was smooth and easy, customer service was quick and responsive as well. I had to make some adjustments for the pick up timing due to my schedule and she accommodated without a fuss. It was a very pleasant purchase overall! Planning to make this my go-to for flowers.
