Can't get enough of these orh nee balls, as they are really super good? The taro basque cheesecake is a must to try too, it is super creamy with yam filling, super good i must say? My collegues and friends gave compliments as it was really way to good after tasting the orh nee balls and taro basque cheesecake? For taro lovers, please give it a try and you will definitely not regret? Whisking bakes new shop opening is coming soon, do stay tune! Shop location wise be at Tai seng, 1 Irving place. Hurry down to show your moral support once the new opening has launch??

She tries her best to fulfil and open up as many slots as possible and tries her best to meet everyone’s needs. It’s not easy considering how she has to do this alone with her mum and with so many orders a day! Please go easy on her and let her and her mum have some time to eat and rest! Don’t take it out on her when you’re not able to place an order cause good things are worth the wait! :)

Had ordered the small size before, regretted not ordering the medium size because we could not stop eating at 1. This time round, I ordered the medium size. Was happy that Chanel opened preorder slots so that everyone has a chance to buy. Prompt and good service from Chanel also.

And wow I am totally blown away with the texture and taste of both the cheesecake flavours. So smooth & is not overpowering at all. Most importantly not sweet at all which suits me and my fam liking. Their Orh Nee Tarts really one of my fav and is so brilliant to make it into tart form jus like those pineapple tarts that we see during CNY. Totally ? recommended to everyone out there to try her bakes!
l	lala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the medium size Orh nee balls (25/container) to try. The price increased from $30 to $31 to $35.5 (?) within a short period. The Orh nee balls tasted super nice on the day of collection. Then over the days, the taste became stale. I think because there is no paper/tissue in the container to absorb the oil or greasiness or something, sorry I am not the expert… so recommended to eat while fresh, avoid buying too big a container, or transfer to your own container after collection. And instead of buying during CNY, buy during non peak period? So that the price won’t be so high. :)

Doesn’t taste fresh esp when u toasted it, it reeks of those old oil taste… the shop is not even apologetic at all that they have delivered inedible stuff… and just brush it off that they will do better next time… I have to throw away all the Portuguese taro tarts…

Buttery and crumbly, the yam paste was not overly sweet and cloying, though it can get dry after a couple of mouthfuls. Still good nonetheless! It’s my second time trying their bakes already, would order this for CNY over the typical pineapple tart ?
