Keith is the marketing guy. Remain friendly and professional even after I made further changes when things are 'finalized'. They had to rework and did not charge extra. Peter is one of the partners and a trained carpenter. Very smart guy who give quick advice that make sense. Drawing was drafted and quotation was ready on the spot. Peter works fast and very experienced. Ah Boon was one of the installers. He has 30 years of experience in carpentry and it was my good fortune to have him as installer. He accommodated all my request with a smile. Even help to make minor repair on some of my other wooden furniture. Highly experience and humble guy.

Decided to give White Artz a try after reading through some of their nice reviews on Google. They are the most responsive when it comes to replying to new enquiry from website, and I got a reply from Keith within a hour. I am impressed by the transparency in their pricing. They gave me an estimated price upon receiving my floor plan and the the drawing without requesting for a site visit first. I feel comfortable with the fact that their pricing is uniform and does not vary across customer. When the final quotation arrived after the site visit, it is similar to the estimated pricing. I engaged them to make a shaker-style wardrobe which some of my main contractors weren't able to commit. I was advised by those contractors to reconsider the design as the edge of the laminate will be of a different color and it won't look as good. White Artz has experience making these wardrobes and Keith told me the issue can be resolved with using core laminate. The constructed wardrobe is exactly to specification and both me and my wife are really impressed that it looks identical to our designer rendered image. Their carpenter has deep passion for his job and took time to explain to us certain aspects of the installation. Overall, I will strongly recommend White Artz for any carpentry project. Their pricing is fair and the quality is unmatched. Customer service is also excellent; Keith's reply has always been prompt. Thank you for the great work, White Artz.

I am so blessed to have found Keith from WhiteArtz while searching for a direct local carpenter to take over my suspended renovation situation caused by COVID-19 foreign workers issues. Keith stood out among the other companies I had contacted. He was professional, honest and very pleasant. Engaging his company’s services was one of the best decisions I have made. I had very tight deadlines and needed someone reliable to deliver quickly. Keith was efficient and responsive to my needs. He kept me updated on the reno progress and the latest govt’s policies. I was impressed by his resourcefulness when he managed to resolve issues caused by the govt’s ‘red tape’ and shortage of workers. Indeed, having him took away lots of my reno stress and allowed things to progress well. Most of all, he delivered as promised. The final product is great !! I am so pleased with the good workmanship. His workers actually climbed more than 20 floors with a tall wood partition that could not fit into the lift as they didn’t want to use 2 smaller pieces (it would affect the look of my partition). I am so thankful to Keith, Peter and his workers for helping me during this stressful reno period. Without them, I probably might still be facing long delays with my renovation. They have made it possible for my family to move into a completed renovated place despite the many issues and constraints caused by COVID-19. It has been such a pleasure dealing with them. This being my fourth home, I can say it is truly an arduous task trying to find a carpentry company that can match the level of efficiency, professionalism & workmanship that White Artz Carpentry has demonstrated. After a "top" carpentry company wasted my 2 weeks waiting for a quote that to me seemed like a previous project (almost all of it was not what we discussed even though we spent hours), I was left with insufficient time to meet my move-in date. Then came White (Knight) Artz in shining armour saving the day. Keith the project manager was very patient, attentive and responsive. We spent an inordinate amount of time being extremely meticulous in going through my plans, concerns and expectations. After the sketches are up it took no time to get the carpentry started. Just slightly more time was needed for their partners to come in at a later stage (eg countertop company/plumbers etc) for their installations. There was always constant communication to get things right the first time. Totally stress-less. And if any deviation is experienced, Keith and company gets stuff rectified almost immediately. So much easier to communicate with a local in a locally-owned company. Unlike other companies where it was a chicken and duck situation. After the completion of the project in just under 2 weeks, I am thoroughly satisfied with the work they've done and the warranty that accompanies it. I have very exacting standards and to think they managed to not only meet them but surpass all of them left me honestly quite speechless in the best way. Do yourself a favour. If you happen to chance upon this, look no further. Hit Keith up and you'll be a returning customer, I am almost sure of that. Oh wait! One more cherry on top of an already awesone cake! The prices are ridiculously competitive. Remember the "top" company I was talking about? They tried to charge me double for the same work!!! With lots of nonsensical charges like demolition when there are non to speak of! Quality work, stress-free experience, always delivering and at bargain prices, you can't ask for more. We engaged their services for my MBR wardrobe, common room wardrobe and customised book shelves. Not only did they do a neat and fantastic job, they were also fast to respond to my queries. Uncle Peter told us that it would take 3 weeks to make my items but within 2 weeks or earlier it arrived and Keith contacted us on when they could come down to install. Uncle Goh did the installation of the carpentry and he did a really good job. He was calm and took his time but the quality of work is impressive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs carpentry services as they are affordable, quick, responsive and most importantly their workmanship is excellent. So glad to have engaged White Artz Carpentry to do up a full height carpentry to conceal my bomb shelter! Decided to add this in at the last stage of my reno journey. Keith was very easy to contact via whatapps, and very responsive ?? I gave the measurements based on floor plan and he was able to give an estimated quotation promptly. Also thank u to Uncle Peter (who came down to take the measurements, and I’m impressed by how quickly he worked!) and the uncle who installed my final carpentry. Very happy with the final product as it turned out exactly like what I wanted! Would definitely recommend them as they are indeed very professional and efficient.

was looking for a carpenter for fabrication of kitchen cabinets, wardrobe and tv console cum settee.. decided to engage the services of white artz after going through a few companies.. replies were prompt and detailed... measurements were done and sketched up the works right after.. installation was earlier than expected, despite the cny period.. very satisfied with the result.. thanks to everyone at white artz..

We contacted White Artz over WA to build a cabinet of 3.4m high for our house. By the next day, they came down for measurement. After which, we met Keith to discuss on the design and delivery. They delivered the cabinet in 2weeks.
