Our photographer, Randy, is very friendly and made the whole photo taking session enjoyable for my family. During the photo viewing session, we are very satisfied with the photos taken. I just want to say that Elaine is very helpful and nice in facilitating the choosing process and sharing with us her professional view. I highly recommend you to try white room studio if you are looking to have family portrait, or graduation shoot. ☺️

Got a gift card to capture this phase of life and White Room Studio team had helped us achieve quite priceless lifetime moments. Booking process had a few hiccups because of few reschedulings requested by myself but glad we made it ultimately. Had also booked a makeup session prior where make up was done very natural. Ya Ting was the one who captured the shots for us in 1.5 hrs. She is very friendly, nice and knows how to direct us for best angles. Dealing with my 6 yr old throughout was easy for her too. The studio itself has very cosy ambiences and setups so makes us feel at good confidence to pose. Viewing photos in their another home office, was even more impressive. Comes with perfect living room setup to allow comfort through the enjoyable yet tough process as we need to shortlist best few amongst the 90 shots taken! If need to improve on any, maybe a gentle reminder on msg a few days prior to shoot, so that are clear on what to bring etc. Would suggest this studio for families’ life style photos in general!o

Came to White Room for my long overdue graduation shoot with my parents and doggy. The entire experience was very comfortable and professional. My family and I are not the most confident in front of the camera but our photographer Randy helped us feel very comfortable & relaxed and gave us lots of tips on how to pose. The viewing session was held in a nicely furnished room and big tv screen. Dan was very patient in helping us go through all the photos and pick the best ones. Overall, an extremely pleasant experience. P/S my doggy also had a great time ?

This was the first time our family has done a professional photo shoot, and we weren't sure what to expect. Delun made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in to the studio, and managed to get us all laughing and relaxed during the session. This translated into a beautiful set of photographs that we will treasure forever. The experience of looking through and choosing our photos for printing with Dan was also great. Overall it was a fantastic experience for our family. So glad we went with White Room Studio for our family photos!

Excellent place to snap family portraits! We had such a lovely time with the family posing and having fun along the way. Photographer were patient and with 5 kids in tow - we really appreciated it! The place was gorgeous and serve as very beautiful backdrop to our photos. Very happy with outcome of the photos and glad to have new memories up on our wall. Highly recommended!

Great experience with White Room Studios during my graduation shoot! Our photographer, Randy was really patient during the shoot even though we had an elderly. He made my family feel comfortable to ensure we got the best shots, and we had a very fun time throughout the shoot. We will recommend the studio if you’re looking for a family shoot!

We have enjoyed the photo shoot session with photographer Ya Ting. She's patience and carried out her professionalism well. She listened & heard our expectations & has delivered the process & end result very well. She has also captured my children's personalities & presented them in the photographs. Good job, Ya Ting! White Room Studio is ideally located at a convenient area for us. The studio is clean and well equipped & maintained. We like the feel & the ambience, too! At one corner, it has a home-based feel, and at another corner it has the professional feel!! It is spacious, well ventilated, and hygiene readiness, which is very important for this period of pandemic. The photo viewing session was well prepared at the viewing room across the road on another appointed date. Staff are friendly and professional, and the details are well explained. The service is good. I'll definitely recommend it to anyone looking for studio photography.
