Facilities include a small gym, 3 swimming pools (including a 50m one) and a small common event space. No hawker center or food court is at walk distance, but there’s now an authentic Vietnamese restaurant opened here since two years ago, and there’s a convenience store just outside the condo at the shell station.

Great location, quiet, idyllic yet close to town, sentosa beach and the park. Nice pool, cosy airconditioned gym beside function room. There’s the popular VS Cafe serving authentic Vietnamese food within the condo. Otherwise, a range of eateries within 10-15min walk, or 7min by bus to Pasir Panjang food Centre. There's a gate that leads straight to the bus stop in front of the property with buses that take you to most parts of singapore. Otherwise, the train station is an easy 10-15min walk away.
