WhizzCar - 501 Guillemard Rd

I have been using Whizzcar and Popular-Rent-A-Car services for more than 10 years. Their service is excellent. Their fleet is well serviced, maintained and clean making us comfortable and confident when travel long distance to west Malaysia. Pricing is competitive. Particularly pleased and grateful with Ms Annie Loh's prompt response when I need their services urgently...!

Think twice before you sign with them. I will not recommend because we regret it. There are many other better selections. Soooooo sad.

Having been with whizzcar close to 10 yrs. I moved to HK a couole of years ago but kept my subscription going. But lowered my membership to the lowest Apparently, last year my card was declined and they sent automated emails and sms which i thought were just the regular statements. Not once did they try to call me or send me a personalised email. I came back to sg and saw the bill i was charged penalty fees that were 100% over the sum I owed them. Wrote to them for flexibility, stating i was willing to pay the subscription and as the penalty fees I was suggesting that they waive that or give to ne in credits. I was unfortunately not given a compromise which i thought was unfair. They were willing to take 50% off the subsription fees( provided in credits) about 120$ but i had to pay the penalty fees. When asked why they never called, they said it was automated and in the T&Cs. So much for customer focus during these times. So i terminated my membership and will go on to inform others about this customer focused company and advise folks to take their business elsewhere that appreciates their business. .
