β β β β β I have been ordering from them for years but the recent experience deterred me from making future purchases. One of my orders include sticker name labels. Some of the printing were blurred while some of the characters were omitted even though they all fall within 20 characters. There were also mispellings. There were no apologies being made with the initial assumptions that I was the one who gave the wrong spelling or that I had a change of mind. A disappointing experience .
